Founded in 2008 as SilMan Construction, the company rebranded to SilMan Industries in 2018 to reflect its growing range of services and diverse client base. As part of this transformation, the company logo was re-imagined to symbolize the company’s expanded vision and unified leadership.

Decommission Project Launches SilMan as a National Brand
SilMan executes the decommissioning and dismantling of a California automobile plant, transporting the equipment to Mississippi, and wins national recognition. Learn more about this project.
New Horizons
Southern Headquarters Expands Service Area
SilMan established a regional office in Tupelo, Mississippi, based on its foothold in the Southern auto sector. The facility supports field operations in the Southeast, creates opportunities for new business, and deepens support of existing national accounts.
Design & Build
SilMan Inaugurates In-House Engineering Team
Tupelo becomes the home of the newly formed Engineering group and quickly grows to over 24 team members by 2025, hiring multiple interns every year. The location is ideally situated to tap into local university Engineering talent.
Expanding Opportunities
Material Handling System Integration
SilMan’s System Integration division is introduced, revealing increased resources for Business Development and Project Execution, as well as entry into new market sectors.

Continuously improving project management and operations enables SilMan to win bids for projects with BART, the Port of Oakland, Oakland International, and facility projects for significant industrial concerns, such as UPI-POSCO (US Steel), and Gallo Glass.

Beginning in January 2019, SilMan’s expanding geographical footprint prompted the development of bi-weekly All-Team Meetings via video conference. The platform remains a cornerstone of communication, connection, and fun.

SilMan engineered and implemented solutions at 200+ sites within 24 months, during the pandemic and its aftermath. Including supply chain, manufacturing, and food production sectors.

Remote team members support an expanded service area, fueling the effectiveness of national programs like this Automated Sorting solution, which was implemented in over 200 sites between 2019 and 2024.
