Our Project Managers organize all field operations as a single team. This united approach produces a high-touch client experience for all stakeholders and includes a real-time cloud-based project platform, which ensures access to project information such as daily logs and photos, at their fingertips.
Our implementation teams work hand-in-hand with SilMan’s System Integration group, providing outstanding results in distribution center optimization for the Fulfillment and Parcel sectors (see “A Comprehensive Guide to Efficient Parcel Handling Systems”), food and beverage manufacturing and warehouse solutions, and end-to-end innovative manufacturing solutions.
Project Coordination
SilMan Project Coordinators are a tight-knit, nationally distributed group that connects clients, field teams, partners, and internal departments. They ensure every detail and stakeholder is aligned, from initial opportunity through handoff. By fostering communication, our Coordinators streamline workflows, project information, and resource coordination while supporting a dedicated in-house Permitting Team, in collaboration with our Engineers. These synchronized efforts provide the structure Team SilMan needs to perform at its best to deliver outstanding results nationwide.
Safety Management
SilMan’s dedicated in-house industrial safety management team is committed to protecting every team member’s health and safety. Every site. Every day. Our risk management process includes a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), guidelines, regular site audits, partner/sub-contractor pre-qualification, and an ongoing internal training and leadership platform. All SilMan site leaders are OSHA30 certified.
Engineering
SilMan clients benefit from our commitment to self-performance across multiple skilled trades and an abundance of internal resources. For instance, our in-house Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Team is always available to support our project teams in every circumstance, planned or unexpected. This high-skill, high-touch experience reflects SilMan’s “Under One Roof” methodology, providing seamless support through every project: infrastructure improvements, machinery installation, maintenance and repair, electrical systems, and controls.
