Engineering Success: System Integration

The SilMan Engineering team serves as the technical backbone, an in-house resource for every project team from concept development through final commissioning, ensuring seamless execution and client success. We relentlessly strive to deepen the team’s contributions by attracting and retaining top talent. Some recent graduates, many of whom have served on both the integrator and client sides, provide valuable real-world perspectives.

Continuous pursuit of technical mastery is the foundation of SilMan engineering. We maintain an ambitious in-house training cadence to ensure our team is proficient with the latest CAD technologies, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks.

This holistic, client-centric culture ensures our clients receive designs that are always informed by the latest best practices, resulting in integrated, precision-engineered solutions.

Design and Engineering

SilMan’s in-house system design engineering team is the epicenter of our custom material handling solutions. This Mechanical-Electrical-Structural team is at the heart of the SilMan Material Handling Integration team. That’s how our team was able to engineer conveyance and robotic palletizing cells, custom programming, and structural designs for facility updates to accommodate the new system — all on a single project.
