Summary: In this article, we learn more about the national services offered by SilMan Industries. In the process, we also enjoy a collection of photos documenting a large-scale mobilization of equipment and supplies, which crossed several state lines to reach their destination. These actions were concurrently executed from SilMan’s California and Mississippi offices.
SilMan is Road-Ready
If you know anything about SilMan, you know what condition the shop is expected to look like at the end of the day.
Pristine. See photo.
However, when the Team prepares to mobilize a large-scale, multi-trade projet several state lines away, it is an entirely different story!
While we are not at liberty to discuss the project, we can report that this will keep dozens of team members and local union professionals occupied for at least a year.

“The expansion of our geographical footprint fuels our growth. Both in terms of business development and in expanding the capabilities of our team.
These projects make us better!”
Tom Mangin, senior account management & business strategy
National Programs
Did you know that SilMan provides national service for parcel, fulfillment, and industrial companies coast to coast? On any given day, Team SilMan has boots on the ground concurrently in seven or more states for days or weeks at a time.
The company’s depth and breadth of experience and collaborative culture offer unique insight into the coordination of Engineering, Systems Integration, Controls, and Scheduling.
SilMan’s methodology allows the Project Management and Engineering Teams to create Alpha Programs for the national deployment of new technologies. In particular, line modifications and updates for material handling systems and controls.
These multiphase operations, executed concurrently in multiple locations, may also include facility upgrades required to accept the new solution.
This unique capability – develop pilot programs and execute them nationwide – offers tremendous added value for our clients.

Job Site Safety
We can’t let the subject of remote teams go by without recognizing the contribution of our in-house safety team.
SilMan Safety supports every project – no matter where it is, or how big or small. Standard operations include Job Hazard Analysis, site-specific daily safety orientation, hazard awareness requirements, and posted support materials. These efforts ensure that all team members, local tradespersons, and clients are prepared and protected.
Furthermore, SilMan’s safety program includes ongoing leadership development, safety training, and knowledge testing in pursuit of continuous improvement for field leaders.
