Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Demonstration

BART and SFMTA revealed their first Canopy Project stations on Tuesday, November 13, at the Powell Street entrance. SilMan is pleased to be the builder on the project.

We have received several requests to see the ceremony in it’s entirety, and we are happy to oblige.

This eight-minute video includes three speakers, the ribbon cutting, and the demonstration of the security door.

Speakers include, BART General Manager Grace Crunican, SFMTA Director Ed Reiskin and BART Board member Bevan Dufty.
