Commitment to Improved Performance, Safety and Service
Our San Leandro office was brimming with activity last week as our West Coast foremen gathered together for their annual team meeting.
In addition to updating CPR and first aid certifications, the team reviewed 2018 and projected a plan forward for 2019.
Key topics included: Professionalism, Branding, Safety, Quality Service/Client Satisfaction and earning repeat business.
In particular, the group continued their training in SilMan’s digital platform for real-time project management.

What a Team
One thing we can say for sure, this a great group of professionals. Anyone who came anywhere near our shop last Wednesday was greeted with a smile and a firm handshake.
Jeff Piazza, General Manager of Western Operations, offered these words of praise for the foreman team:
