Onsite at CTCNC “Women Can Build”
Team SilMan Supports Pleasanton, Calif. Event
SilMan once again supported the Carpenters Training Committee of Northern California (CTCNC) at their recent event in Pleasanton, Calif. Team members on hand were Delilah Tyler and Rob Hernandez. This is SilMan’s second year supporting this campaign.
The CTCNC events provide an introduction to the world of carpentry and insights into the work life of carpenters and millwrights. There are also opportunities for attendees to learn more about these career paths from industry pros, as well as hands-on experiences.
The CTCNC goal is for women to reach 20% of all carpenters.
SilMan hires hundreds of tradespeople each year, and is proud to support this effort.
