In recognition of National Manufacturing Day 2020, Team SilMan offers their support and appreciation to the National Association of Manufacturers and the Manufacturing Institute for creating this observation.
Their efforts continue to bring new energy and awareness of the value that manufacturing brings to our society, and the abundance of modern, hi-tech job opportunities that are available to young people and those looking for a second career.

The National Association of Manufacturers was founded in 1895 and was an early champion of the US Department of Commerce and the establishment of what was to become the US Chamber of Commerce.
The organization has been a key player in supporting and expanding industry over the last century, and today is a prominent voice for free enterprise and opportunity.
NAM has also established the Manufacturing Institute as its education and workforce. The group provides programs and research in support of individuals and groups.
