Tenant Improvements for Torani, Inc.
SilMan’s newest neighbor engages Site Services team for a second project
San Leandro, Calif.: The SilMan structural and electrical teams have completed a project to provide equipment platforms and truss modifications in support of facility improvements for Torani, Inc. This is the second project SilMan has performed for the international best-selling flavored-syrup maker at their new headquarters in San Leandro, California.
SilMan was initially contracted to provide civil construction services, pouring hundreds of thousands of square feet of concrete by Torani and general contractor Haskell Construction. On the heels of the project’s completion, SilMan’s structural and electrical teams were retained to implement an elevated workspace for the company’s production line. In addition, truss reinforcements were required in order to support overhead equipment.
