SilMan Industries completes clinical lab updates for a regional medical service provider.

San Leandro, Calif.: St. Rose Hospital in Hayward, California has completed updates to their clinical lab service offerings. The feature objectives of the medical facility renovations project include high-tech lab facilities and the adoption of Service Oriented Architecture (“SOA”). In support of this undertaking, SilMan Industries was engaged to provide structural modifications, framing, drywall, electrical, HVAC, and project management services.

Project oversight was provided by Pratt Architecture (Modesto, California).

Following COVID-19 delays through the Spring and Summer, SilMan’s contribution was completed in September 2020.

Rick Silva, account manager for SilMan said, “we are proud to partner with St. Rose as their core values of service, partnership, and community resonate with SilMan. This project also provided us with an opportunity to support a local not-for-profit organization, and to continue our expansion into new technical markets, such as Healthcare.”

St. Rose is an award-winning I2 Acute hospital and is accredited by The Joint Commission.
