This recent video from the field caught my eye.
Of course, I am always proud to see our team at work on a successful job. But there is more happening here.
So many people exercising a variety of skills, operating diverse pieces of equipment and all of them working in unison.
Safety. Awareness. Focus on the job at hand.

Independence and Empathy in a Pandemic
We love our “independence” – especially with July 4 so close in our rearview mirror.
Yet as we look at what the current moment asks of us, we really see how much we rely on each other for success and safety.
All of our businesses and workplaces are being impacted by the current health crisis: extra layers of procedure and caution affect all us – and for sure, this is harder for some more than others.
