Securing the well-being of our team members, clients & communities.

In response to the quickly changing environment caused by the COVID-19 crisis, SilMan Industries  is following the guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control and regional directives in place for each of our locations.

Our team is 100% operational, working remotely with all necessary technology, materials, and equipment.  Ongoing activities that our development and execution teams can safely perform will not be interrupted at this time.

We are in close contact with clients whose projects or phases of projects have been affected.

Lastly, in the wake of the recent “Stay at Home” declarations, senior leadership has provided the following statement:

Our Continuing Work Together

We wish to provide clarity to our community as the COVID-19 pandemic increasingly impacts our lives.

SilMan’s top concern is always the health and safety of our team members, clients, and partners. We are taking every precaution to blunt the effect of the virus on our company and in our team member’s communities.

Current Actions

The COVID-19 threat is real, and SilMan is taking decisive action to support CDC guidelines and the directives of local municipalities at all of our office locations and remote operations.  Actions include regular handwashing, social distancing and working remotely.

Furthermore, any “Shelter in Place at Home” orders that exist for our team members have been executed, as directed by each local jurisdiction.

Our field teams will continue their role in essential activities in our communities, as directed by local authorities, and continue to be supported by our offices with required personnel.

Currently, all air travel is suspended for SilMan team members.

Next Steps

The coronavirus continues to create a dynamic situation.  We will continue to monitor events and keep you informed of any circumstances that impact our work together.

Most of all, we encourage everyone to exercise human kindness in all work and personal relationships.  We need each other now more than ever.
