SilMan’s dedicated in-house industrial safety management team is committed to the health and safety of every team member. Every site. Every day. Our risk management process includes Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), guidelines, regular site audits, partner/sub-contractor pre-qualification, and an ongoing internal training and leadership platform. All SilMan site leaders are OSHA30 certified.
Engineering
SilMan’s clients benefit from our commitment to self-performance in multiple skilled trades. Support from our in-house Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Team is also available. The result is a seamless experience for our clients. Facility improvements – machinery installation, maintenance, and repair – electrical systems and controls.
